#AEXA TECH RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing from Aexa Tech ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of the HoloConnector and related products made through our official website, Shopify store, and authorized retailers.
2. NO RETURNS POLICY
At Aexa Tech, we stand behind the quality of our HoloConnector products. Due to the specialized nature of our technology, we do not accept returns of purchased products for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Unwanted gifts
- Incorrect size/specifications (where applicable)
- Dissatisfaction with the product features or performance that fall within our advertised specifications
All sales are final once the order is processed and payment is received.
3. WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS
While we do not accept returns, we do provide warranty coverage for manufacturing defects as outlined below:
3.1 Warranty Coverage
Aexa Tech warrants that the HoloConnector will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").
3.2 What is Covered
During the Warranty Period, Aexa Tech will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace your HoloConnector if it is determined to have a manufacturing defect. The warranty covers:
- Electrical or mechanical failures due to manufacturing defects
- Components that fail to function properly under normal use
- Hardware malfunctions that prevent the product from performing as advertised
3.3 What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents, misuse, or abuse
- Negligence or improper maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Environmental factors (water damage, extreme heat, etc.)
- Power surges or improper power supply
- Software issues or compatibility problems
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
3.4 Warranty Claim Process
To request a warranty replacement:
1. Contact our Customer Support at store@aexa.tech within the Warranty Period
2. Provide proof of purchase, including order number and date of purchase
3. Include detailed description and photos/videos of the defect
4. Our technical team will evaluate your claim within 5 business days
5. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective unit
6. Once the defective unit is received and verified, a replacement will be shipped at our expense
4. SHIPPING POLICY FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS
For approved warranty replacements:
- Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product to Aexa Tech
- Aexa Tech will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer
- International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 Pre-Shipment Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting store@aexa.tech. A full refund will be issued for cancelled orders that have not yet been shipped.
5.2 Post-Shipment Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and our No Returns Policy will apply.
6. DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL (DOA) POLICY
If your HoloConnector arrives in a non-functioning condition:
1. Contact us at store@aexa.tech within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide clear evidence of the defect (photos/videos)
3. If confirmed as DOA, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped
4. The defective unit must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Aexa Tech's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. Under no circumstances shall Aexa Tech be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Aexa Tech reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
